Equipment

Quality

Air Compliance Testing utilizes only top quality equipment to conduct its stack testing services. We maintain excellent working relationships with our equipment vendors. Quality is our primary focus when it comes to selecting our stack testing equipment because we feel that equipment reliability is vital. Low cost and/or under-maintained equipment can result in poor quality and inaccurate stack test results. We choose our equipment by comparing the equipment of the leading manufacturers and selecting the models that offer field proven features and components for reasonable prices.

Maintenance

Our Preventative Maintenance Program keeps our equipment in top condition (i.e., properly calibrated and in excellent working condition). However, despite our attention to the quality of our equipment, reality dictates that problems do arise. Air Compliance Testing employs staff members skilled in maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing equipment both in our shop and in the field. This enables us to keep our equipment operating when we need it most. We also have the expertise to adjust to unforeseen circumstances, even in the field, and repair our equipment ourselves, to minimize the effect of any equipment problems on your project.

Calibration

All of our equipment undergoes the required calibration as outlined in the test method the equipment supports. For example, we conduct meter box calibrations both immediately before and after a testing event to ensure that all measurements are accurate. These calibrations are completed according to the test method's requirements, not according to our own convenience. Air Compliance Testing feels a proper and timely calibration schedule is a vital factor in providing high quality and consistently valid stack test results.

Capabilities

Air Compliance Testing has sufficient equipment resources to allow us to handle multiple simultaneous jobs, ranging from simple single stack, one method tests to complex multi-stack events, and everything in between. We are capable of mobilizing multiple, self-sufficient testing teams to different sites simultaneously, and we are capable of simultaneously sampling several locations at a single test site. Each testing team is properly staffed and equipped with everything necessary, including back-up equipment that we have found to be imperative when conducting a successful testing project.
