Air Compliance Testing’s highly experienced testing staff will provide your facility with process emissions data that is accurate and reliable by utilizing our state-of-the-art Mobile CEMS Trailers. Each Mobile CEMS Trailer provides continuous measurement of gaseous point source emissions. As regulations change, ACT’s field proven experience can readily be adapted to meet new EPA reporting format changes, combining powerful data acquisition, processing and reporting capabilities. Our goal is to assist you in complying with federal, state and local continuous emissions monitoring requirements.

Mobile CEMS features include:

• NOx, SO₂, CO, CO₂, O₂, and Total Hydrocarbon analyzers
• PC-based data acquisition systems providing up to 64 separate measurement channels at 16 bit resolution
• Data corrected for calibration drift (when applicable) and compiled for data summaries or on-site produced test results
• Environmentally controlled work space
• Cylinder racks for calibration gases
• Sample extraction systems, including sample probes, fine particulate filters, moisture removal systems, dilution systems and heated Teflon lined sample pumps.
