CEMS Maintenance Programs:
Many facilities lack the dedicated staff required to maintain their CEM Systems. This lack of attention can result in equipment downtime, emission data substitution, loss of data, and increased analyzer repair costs. Air Compliance Testing offers complete maintenance programs, custom designed for your system. In addition to our testing services, the maintenance programs include monthly, quarterly and annual preventative maintenance visits, as well as emergency services. We will also prepare your Quality Assurance/Quality Control plan for you, or update your current plan.

Monthly Preventive Maintenance:
An Air Compliance Testing Service Technician will make twelve on-site visits per year to perform the recommended preventative maintenance on your CEM System, including (but certainly not limited to) the following tasks:

  • Probe Inspection/Cleaning
  • Scrubber Replacement
  • Filter Changes
  • Diagnostic Check on all Analyzers
  • Complete Scaling of System
  • Complete Calibration

Quarterly Preventive Maintenance:
While on-site performing the preventative maintenance, we will prepare your CEM System and perform Quarterly Performance Audits in accordance with 40 CFR Part 60 or Part 75 and the applicable Performance Specifications.

Annual Preventive Maintenance:
We will prepare the CEM System and perform your annual RATA in accordance with 40 CFR Part 60 or Part 75. Our entire Technical Staff is scheduled to complete all four group exams before the January 2009 regulatory requirement to have a Qualified Individual (QI) present at every test performed as required by Part 75. Air Compliance Testing will also provide any agency support necessary, and will complete and submit Intent to Test or Test Notification/Protocol documents.
